Services Offered

Rosefan Family and Behavioral Health Center provides mental and behavioral health care, psychotherapy, medication management, developmental support for ASD, and telehealth services. Our services are intended for individuals 14 years and older.

Eligibility

To access our services, you must be a resident of Massachusetts (for telehealth) and provide accurate, complete personal and health information.

Telehealth Disclaimer

By participating in a telehealth session, you acknowledge:

Your provider may not be able to conduct a physical exam
You will provide a secure, private space during sessions
Technology may occasionally fail, delaying communication

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Payment & Insurance

We accept various insurance plans and private pay. It is your responsibility to verify coverage. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Limitation of Liability

Rosefan Family and Behavioral Health Center is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or telehealth platform.
